International Conference on Translation and Accessibility in Video Games

The Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona's central campus is in Bellaterra (Cerdanyola del Vallès), 20 km outside Barcelona, between Sabadell and Sant Cugat del Vallès. There are several ways of getting to the UAB campus: by train, by bus service or by car.

Information on the Barcelona metro, train  and bus Zone Area Ticket System (UAB campus is in fare Zone 2).

BY TRAIN

Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya (FGC)
Line S2: Barcelona-Sabadell line, station: Universitat Autònoma.
In Barcelona, these trains stop at: Catalunya, Provença, Gràcia, Muntaner and Sarrià. Check FGC's Line scheme.

You can also take these trains from Sant Cugat, Sant Quirze and Sabadell, among other places. At Sant Cugat station, there is a connection with line S1 (Terrassa and Rubí). All trains to Sabadell, UAB or Barcelona stop at the University.

The journey time to Barcelona is 30 minutes, and trains depart approximately every 10 minutes. You can check the timetables on the FGC website.

RENFE (Spanish National Railway Network)

Line C7: Cerdanyola Universitat station.
From Barcelona you can take the train from: Sants, Plaça Catalunya, Arc del Triomf and Sant Andreu Arenal. Check RENFE's Line scheme.

The journey takes around 30 minutes from the centre of Barcelona, with trains leaving every 30 minutes. You can check the timetables on the RENFE website.

 A free bus service connects the RENFE station to the different buildings across the campus.

BY BUS SERVICE

SARBUS provides a bus service from Barcelona to the UAB with a bus leaving every 30 minutes. The Bus station is located outside RENFE's St. Andreu Arenal station  and METRO's Fabra i Puig  station (Line 1-Red color). The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Other towns

BY CAR

Several roads connect Bellaterra with Barcelona and the surrounding towns and villages.

motorway AP-7: take the exit at junction Universitat Autònoma.

motorway C-58: heading Sabadell-Terrassa, take the exit at junction 8, which is connected to the AP-7, heading to Tarragona. Stay on the service road of the AP-7 and at about 1000 meters away you will find the junction of the Universitat Autònoma.
