In order to help you to organize your presentation, here you are some useful information:
- The time per presentation will be 20 minutes
- There will be three parallel symposia each session
- Each symposium will consist of four speakers maximum.
- Please, remember to use a visual support in English, in case you plan your presentation in Spanish or Catalan

CLOSING CEREMONY
The Closing Ceremony will take place in the Museu de la Música de Barcelona, on Friday 3rd of July in the afternoon.
The event will consist in a Conference, carried out by Dr. Gerd Grupe from the Institute 13: Ethnomusikologie, University of Graz (Austria), followed by a Gamelan workshop conducted by Professor Jordi Casadevall
